What I took away from Jobber Summit 2026

I just wrapped up speaking at the Jobber Summit and wanted to share a few takeaways while they’re still fresh. The event brought together a group of coaches, operators, and industry experts all focused on helping home service businesses run better companies. It was great hearing practical advice on marketing, managing your money, social media, and building stronger teams.

What I appreciated most was how grounded the conversations were. This wasn’t theory. It was real operators sharing what actually works in blue collar businesses.

My session focused on handling price pushback with confidence, and the conversation kept coming back to three things:

  • Know your numbers. When you understand your costs and margins, you stop second guessing your price.

  • Be the expert.Homeowners are looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and can guide them.

  • Communicate clearly.Confidence in pricing usually comes down to how well the value is explained.

If you want to see more of what was covered at the summit, there were some excellent sessions packed with practical strategies for home service owners.

You can check them out here:https://www.jobber.com/summit/

I’ll also be sharing a few clips from my session over the next couple of weeks because the conversation around pricing was a good one.

And don’t forget to join me for the Cash Flow Made Simple Webinar on March 25th, where we’ll dive into processes and systems that improve your business’ efficiency and your bottom line.

Talk soon,Kelly
